Connected 2 Inspire was a long time in the making. Though I’ve been in business for 10 years, it was while working in the corporate world that I knew this is where my passion and calling would take me.
With over 25 years of experience as an Executive Transformational leader with "employer of choice" organizations like Winners/Homesense, IKEA, Harry Rosen, Stars Men's Shops and Strauss, I was able to develop great talent that delivered impactful results. It was through that cross pollination of experience that I realized it wasn’t about the product, it was about the people.
I don’t consider myself a consultant; rather a collaborative partner in lifting the ceiling of success for both individuals and companies alike.
I want to embark with you on a collaborative solution-driven journey that is destined to achieve greater clarity, consistent and deliberate actions and ultimately, higher performance and results.

my story
I was born on the island of Santa Maria in the Azores archipelago off the coast of Portugal and at the age of 10, I immigrated to Canada. I grew up in Galt, Ontario and attended Western Illinois University on a soccer scholarship where I majored in History!
My family and friends are very important to me and being a family man, husband to Sheryl, dad to my three kids, Erika, Justin and Zachary, and grandfather to my two adorable grandkids, Max and Ben, is the greatest honour and privilege of my life. I have a passion for cooking, especially traditional Portuguese cuisine, and drinking great vintage wines!
I’m most at peace while in nature. I love to be by the ocean, on a beach or hiking and plan to hike all 885 kilometres of the Bruce Trail!
