Group Coaching
This program is people focused and theme oriented.
Group coaching is a program in which multiple clients enroll and are guided through the same program experience together. The sessions have a built in peer to peer support factor in the journey.
Each model component is theme oriented to several coaching niches including Leading Others, Leading Yourself, Interactive Communication Skills and Effective Delegation.
All participants sign up in advance and start on the same date together, thus the entire group is experiencing all the facets of the program simultaneously.
Program duration is 6 to 8 weeks.

This program is business oriented.
My goal as your business coach is to help you come up with your own solutions, strategies and action plans for improving your business.
As your coach I will offer objective, unbiased accountability to execute the plan, learn from the outcomes, flex the plans and take further action.
I will help create accountability metrics that will inspire both individuals and teams to take initiative and consistent actions in order to improve their performance and the overall performance of the company.
